RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The brand does not undertake to keep in stock all items shown on the website.

Our courier will deliver the shipment to you within up to14 days from the time you ordered the product
and the payment is approved.
After the order has been confirmed and entered, the brand will verify the customer’s details with the
credit card brand. After the order is approved, notification will be sent to you.
Items can be returned or exchanged up to 14 days from the date of receipt.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item. Returns are possible only if your item is in
its original packaging, with the label attached to the item, unused and in the same condition that you
received it, including the payment receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds
After receiving your item, we will examine it and notify you, by e-mail, that we have received the
returned item. Immediately after inspecting the item, we will inform you of the status of your refund. If

Full Refunds will be 24 hours after perches

condition for a full refund (for the items) within 7 days from your purchase date

Shipping
In the event a transaction is cancelled, the customer will pay the cost of shipping the product back to
